The Leki XTA 6.5 Vario Jr. is a two-piece, adjustable aluminium cross-country ski pole developed for young skiers. It has Speed Lock Plus and the Trigger Shark 2.0 system. The colour is black, neon yellow and dark anthracite.

Speed Lock Plus lets you set the pole anywhere from 125 to 145 cm in seconds, so it grows with the skier. The system is TÜV Süd certified. It uses an external clamp that is easy to adjust and gives maximum holding force. The shaft is HTS 6.5 aluminium, stable, robust and durable. Trigger Shark 2.0 releases the strap from the grip quickly. The grip is Shark 2.0, a versatile multi-sport grip with strong power transfer and easy handling. The Shark system connects your hand directly to the pole, and all Shark straps and gloves work with all Shark poles. The anatomically shaped strap is continuously adjustable and wraps around your hand, while the cork grip gives thrust without loss of power. The Fin Vario basket is very light and grips well in the track. It changes without tools, including to a roller ski tip.
