[ak]: built for the harshest weather

The Cyclic is [ak]'s best 2-layer shell and Burton's most feature-complete riding shell jacket. The GORE-TEX 2L fabric is windproof, waterproof and GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOU DRY. The Rider Wrapped Fit with articulated patterning lets you move freely all day, and Crossflow Venting lets out heat when you are working your way up to the turns. An insulated phone pocket keeps the battery warm, a goggle dump pocket holds a spare lens, a detachable scraper sits on the sleeve, and the jacket has a RECCO reflector and a StormForm hood.

The Cyclic also comes as pants, as a bib and as an anorak, for men and women. The men's bib has the most complete venting in the [ak] bib range, with Crossflow Venting plus exterior and mesh-lined inner thigh vents, as well as a zippered drop-seat, a beacon-friendly thigh pocket and triple-stitched seams. The Acamar is made with GORE-TEX PRO 3L, GORE's most durable and breathable material, for hardworking snow pros who depend on their gear. It has guide-level details such as radio mic access, a RECCO reflector, a two-way front zipper and reinforced high-wear zones, plus a goggle and lens pocket, storage for a radio and devices, and a sleeve pass pocket with an [ak] snow scraper. The Acamar bib pairs GORE-TEX PRO with a stretch woven upper for mobility on the way up and down. Both are backed by Burton's Lifetime Warranty.

On tour, weight counts. GORE-TEX 3L is lighter than 2L GORE-TEX, and the C-Knit backer on the Hover and Tuvak makes the fabric softer and lighter still. The Hover jacket is one of the lightest and most packable shells in the [ak] line, with big pockets that keep your skins warm between laps. The Freebird bib has zip vents and adjustable suspenders, and the Tuvak pants are Burton's lightest three-layer shell pants.

The Windstopper Oven Mittens are Burton's warmest blend of down and synthetic insulation, with PrimaLoft Gold and 800-fill down, GORE-TEX and leather palms, so you can grab your board and buckle your bindings without exposing your hands to the cold.
