THE STORY OF LOOK

1947 Mr. Jean BEYL develops the first safety binding 'The Anti-Fracture,' which was a rotating plate that was transverse with elastic. BEYL starts the company LOOK in 1951, settling in Nevers, France. 1957 brings the model “LOOK NEVADA,” which was the first toe piece where safety was involved, using the same elastic technology as 'Anti-Fracture'. Unique technology with the foot able to rotate slightly, gave skiers more freedom to move on the slopes and started a new trend. 1963 introduces the N17 model, which manages to find the perfect balance between comfort and protection. As 1983 approaches, LOOK has redesigned all their products. 1984 sees the introduction of their iconic logo. 2003 releases what comes to be the standard, the NX model combines weight, protection, and performance like no other before.
