You have 14 days to change your mind

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you receive your order. If the order arrives in several parcels, it runs from the day you receive the last one.

How to cancel

Send us an email at info@oneopensky.dk within the 14 days, or use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. Refusing to accept the parcel does not count as a cancellation.

Sending the item back

Send the item within 14 days of telling us, to:

Mark the parcel Web Return. Ordinary parcels come with a return label. Sending the item back costs the same as the delivery did, and the amount is deducted from your refund. Large items such as SUP boards, surfboards, kayaks, masts and cross country skis cannot be sent as an ordinary parcel. Please contact us before you return them.

Condition of the item

You may examine and try the item the way you would in a shop. If you have handled it beyond that, we may reduce the amount we refund to reflect the loss in value. We assess this individually once the item reaches us. Please return the item in its original packaging with any tags still attached.

Your refund

We refund no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until the item is back with us, or until you have documented that you sent it.

Items not covered

Goods made or adjusted to your specification are not covered, for example bindings mounted on your skis. This applies only if you asked us to begin the work before the cancellation period expired.

We do not exchange items directly. To get a different size, colour or another product, do this:

1. Place and pay for a new order for the item you want.
2. Send the original item back as described above.
3. We refund the original item as soon as we have registered your return.

That way the new item is reserved for you straight away, and you do not have to wait for the return to be processed.
