Payment

At oneopensky.com, you can pay with:

Your payment information is transmitted securely using encrypted connections (SSL/TLS).

One Open Sky does not store or have access to your card details.

All card payments are processed by AltaPay, a certified payment provider that complies with the highest international security standards (PCI DSS).

As a cardholder, you are protected under European payment regulations (PSD2) against unauthorized use of your card.

Payment and Reservation of Amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved on your account immediately after the order is placed.

The reservation ensures that sufficient funds are available until your order has been processed.

The reserved amount will remain on your card or account until one of the following occurs:

  1. The payment is captured when we ship your order, or
  2. The reservation is released according to your card issuer’s policy.

We will only withdraw the payment once your order has been packed and shipped from One Open Sky.

The amount charged will never exceed the total you approved at the time of purchase.

All prices on the website include VAT where applicable.

When completing your order, you will be asked to read and accept our Terms and Conditions.

Orders may only be placed by persons over 18 years of age, or by minors with the consent of a parent or guardian.

At oneopensky.dk, you can order all the items that are available on our website and listed as in stock online. If you have any questions about items that are not listed on the website, please feel free to contact us by email at info@oneopesky.dk or by phone at +45 35 82 07 77. The website is updated regularly.

If one of the following errors occurs on our part in connection with your purchase, you will always be notified by phone or email: printing errors, inventory management errors, or pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement if the price is obviously incorrect and you knew or should have known that it was an error.

All goods are shipped from our department in Herning. As we have a large number of orders both online and in stores, it is unfortunately inevitable that some items will sell out immediately before the warehouse is synchronized. We sincerely apologize if this happens, but hope you understand the problem and will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible to discuss what we can do about it - e.g., refund your money or help you find a similar item.

If an item you have ordered is not available within the normal delivery time, you will be notified.

We reserve the right to change prices and specifications without notice.

Shipping & delivery

At One Open Sky, we believe in fast, affordable, and flexible delivery.

We use a couple of different freight solutions UPS, DHL and at times GLS in the nothern countries.
The following products - such as fixed SUP boards, wing foil boards, windsurf boards and masts, kayaks, paddles, and packages with a side over 2 meters - may incur additional shipping costs due to their size and handling requirements. Any extra shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and type of product. Larger items such as boards, kayaks, masts, and similar products may incur higher shipping fees than standard deliveries.

Some products may deviate from the standard shipping terms, and the final cost will be shown at checkout.

Right to cancel & Returns

NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS GRANTED ON THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS

Services and goods that must be manufactured or customized according to the consumer's individual needs if the performance, manufacture, or customization has already begun, e.g., ski bindings that must be drilled into the skis.

However, this only applies if you have given your prior consent for One Open Sky to commence the performance, etc. before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.


You may cancel the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods.

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the package. If you have changed your mind about purchasing an item on oneopensky.com, you must send the item to the following address:

The item must be sent without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You also have the option of returning the item to one of our physical stores in Herning or Copenhagen within 14 days of receiving the item.

You are responsible for returning the package in a timely manner.

DO YOU WISH TO CANCEL A PURCHASE AND RETURN THE ITEM?

If you wish to return a product, you are welcome to do so within the return period.

Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Once we have registered your return package, the return amount will be transferred to the paying account.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU RETURN IT

Please note that on June 13, 2014, the legislation regarding online sales was amended in accordance with Section 8 of the Consumer Contracts Act.

This means that you are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from your handling of the goods in order to determine their characteristics, type, nature, and how they function.

This means that you can try the item in the same way as you would in our physical store.

Please note that if you return an item that has been used, washed, or had its hang tags removed, the value of the item will be reduced by at least 50%. In some cases, the reduction will be as much as 100%.

This will be determined by One Open Sky after receiving the item.

REPAYMENT OF RETURNED AMOUNTS

If you want a refund, it will be made in the same way as the payment was made.

If you used a payment card, the amount will be refunded to the payment card you used to make the purchase.

When returning a product to one of our physical stores, the refund will be made in the same way. Due to the Money Laundering Act, we are unable to refund amounts in our stores.

Please note that the above applies to purchases made online at oneopensky.dk. For our physical stores (One Open Sky Herning and One Open Sky Copenhagen), only a 14-day exchange policy applies to new items, with no right of return. However, we can issue you with a credit note. When purchasing in our physical stores, your receipt serves as your warranty.

Notice

Please note that some products in our webshop may vary in color from the images shown (this applies, for example, to kites, windsurf sails, snowboards, and ski goggle lenses).

This is because many products come in different color combinations, and there may therefore be a difference between the product and the image. If color is important to you, please call or email us before purchasing products online.

You can also use the European Commission's online complaint portal to submit your complaint. Personal Information

If you wish to purchase and receive a product from oneopensky.dk, we need to collect certain personal data in order to process your order and offer you our services.

We collect and register the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Delivery address (if different from billing address) - Payment information

We register your personal data solely for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. The personal data is registered with One Open Sky and stored for 5 years (due to requirements under the Danish Bookkeeping Act), after which the data is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

We do not store customer information in encrypted form. We do not transmit customer information in encrypted form.

The information provided to One Open Sky is not disclosed or sold to third parties in any way, and we do not record any sensitive personal information.
