Cement Melange

The Oakley Icicle Cropped Jacket is a short, puffy women's snow jacket. It is insulated with 3M Thinsulate Elite Flowable Featherless and built on a two-layer FNDry laminate rated 10K/10K. This version comes in Cement Melange, a mottled concrete grey.

The laminate is rated at 10,000 mm for waterproofing and 10,000 g/m²/24h for breathability. The fill has 650 fill power. It is a synthetic insulation that behaves like down but keeps insulating when it picks up moisture. A Hydrofree DWR finish sends water beading off the outside. The front closure is a two-way Vislon Aquaguard zipper, so you can open it from the bottom while seated on a chairlift and still keep the weather out. The hood is fixed and adjusts with drawcords front and back. The snow skirt detaches. Inner elasticated cuffs with Lycra wrist gaiters close the gap between sleeve and glove. Your lift pass gets its own zippered RFID pocket. The cut is cropped and loose, sitting cleanly over a high-waisted ski pant.
