The Wms Canopy Insulated Jacket is Oakley's women's version of the Canopy, an insulated layer built for full days on the slopes. It comes in Dark Umber with a slim silhouette and insulation that holds warmth from the first chairlift onwards.
The seams are critically taped, so water does not seep through the stitching, and a Hydrofree DWR treatment makes moisture bead off the face fabric instead of soaking into it. The hood adjusts and works over a helmet, which means you can tighten it down without losing peripheral vision. A fixed snow skirt closes the jacket at the waist so snow stays out after a fall or a deep turn. At the wrists, Lycra gaiters seal around the glove and remove the cold gap between jacket and glove. Pockets are practical rather than decorative: an RFID pass pocket on the sleeve for lift access and an internal mesh pocket for goggles and a phone. Together it makes a jacket you put on in the morning and then stop thinking about.
- Insulated women's build: warmth without an extra midlayer
- Critically taped seams: sealed where water pushes hardest
- Hydrofree DWR: moisture beads off the surface
- Helmet compatible hood: coverage with a lid on
- Fixed snow skirt: snow stays out at the waist
- Lycra wrist gaiters: a clean seal at the glove
- RFID sleeve pocket: no digging at the lift gate
- Internal mesh pocket: room for goggles and a phone
This is for the skier who wants warmth, weather protection and a slim cut in a jacket that works every single day of the trip.
