The Starboard Ultra Wood Sandwich 2026 is a windsurf wave board with a surf-inspired ride, fast acceleration and smooth turns. This version is the Ultra 86 in Wood Sandwich at 86 litres, 223 cm long and 58 cm wide.
The Ultra 86 has a new tail. The outline is narrower, there is extra vee, and the rails are sharper 45 cm from the tail. That makes the board more manoeuvrable, gets it planing earlier and raises the top speed. The rocker line has a strong scoop from the centre to the nose. It reduces nose dives and lets you ride aggressively off the front foot. The compact swallow tail gives tight, connected turns and good grip on the wave. Very thin rails in the tail section make turning easy and add grip. Wood Sandwich is a full wood sandwich lamination of 0.6 mm Australian pinewood. It gives more comfort, more control and the crisp feel of an original Starboard. Blue paint and stickers protect the wood from UV.

The Ultra 86 is made for wave riding where the board has to turn tight and get up to speed fast.
You have 14 days to change your mind, counted from the day you receive your order. You do not need to give a reason.
- Tell us first
- Send us an email at info@oneopensky.dk within the 14 days. Refusing the parcel at the door does not count as a cancellation.
- Send the item back
- Within 14 days of telling us, to One Open Sky, Golfvej 10, 7400 Herning, Denmark. Mark the parcel Web Return.
- Return shipping
- Ordinary parcels come with a return label. Sending the item back costs the same as the delivery.
- Condition
- Try the item the way you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may reduce the amount we refund. Please use the original packaging.
- Your money back
- Within 14 days of your message, to the same payment method you used. We may wait until the item is back with us.
- Not covered
- Items made or adjusted for you, for example bindings mounted on your skis.
- Return in store
- You can also hand the item in at our shops in Herning or Copenhagen. The money goes back the same way you paid.
