The Salomon S/Lab QST Blank is a freeride ski that builds on the legacy of the QST Blank. This second iteration, co-developed with the young athletes of the Mountain Collective, redefines hard-charging performance.
The ski is built around a Full Poplar woodcore that maximizes liveliness and stability, and a Ti Binding Reinforcement with a titanal insert edge-to-edge underfoot, running throughout the ski for maximal power and increased edge grip on hard snow. Full Sandwich Sidewalls guarantee stability and precision, and a Cork Damplifier absorbs vibrations, as cork is three times more absorbing than Koroyd. Basalt Superlight fibers and fiberglass reinforcements keep the weight down. With a 112-millimetre waist and a 17-metre turn radius for medium-length turns, the ski is made for advanced and expert skiers who want to charge in powder and chopped-up, crud snow. An uncompromising, hard-charging freeride ski for the experienced skier who wants power, stability and float in deep snow.
