Radium Photochromic in Black/Red is a snow goggle with a photochromic lens that adapts to the light on its own. The lens is called Photo Red, it is spherical, and it spans category 1 to 3, so it follows you from grey cloud to bright sun with nothing to swap.

The Photochromic Multilayer coating darkens as light builds and lightens again when cloud rolls in. The semi-frameless build moves the rim out of your sightline, and the spherical shape delivers amplified vision with reach to the sides and upward, which counts when you are reading terrain in flat light. The lens has anti-fog and anti-scratch treatment, so it survives a season of being stuffed in a jacket pocket. The face edge uses three layers of PU foam in two densities with a velvet facing, giving way over the nose and supporting where support is needed. The Airflow system moves air through the frame and pushes moisture out. A silicone-backed strap grips the helmet, and the dual-slide buckle adjusts with gloves on. The goggle weighs 120 grams and comes in a microfibre bag.

  • Photochromic lens: adapts to the light by itself
  • Category 1 to 3: grey cloud through bright sun
  • Spherical lens: reach to the sides and upward
  • Anti-fog and anti-scratch: a clear lens all day
  • Triple layer face foam: soft and stable fit
  • Airflow system: pulls moisture out of the frame
  • Silicone strap: grips the helmet firmly

Radium Photochromic is for skiers and snowboarders who would rather not carry two lenses. A lens that tracks the weather, a big field of view and foam that seals properly make it a simple call for long days in shifting light.
