The Patagonia M's Nano-Air Light Jkt is an insulated jacket for mountain days that swing between hard effort and standing still, when you would rather keep the same layer on all the way. It has a full-length centre-front zipper. This one is Ink Black.
At its core sits 40-g FullRange insulation. The fill stretches and passes air, so heat leaves while you climb and stays put when you stop. The shell is a 2-oz stretch ripstop in 30 denier, and the lining is a 1.6-oz shadow ripstop. Both carry a DWR finish made without intentionally added PFAS. Articulated patterning through the elbows and shoulders and low-profile quilting let the jacket follow you rather than fight you. The cuffs are slim and snag resistant, and they pull up over the forearm when you want to vent or check a watch. A zipper garage at the chin prevents chafing. Two handwarmer pockets and one chest pocket close with zippers, and the jacket self-stuffs into the left chest pocket. Fabrics are bluesign approved and the jacket weighs 332 grams.
