The Oakley Kota Insulated Lite Jacket is a lightly insulated snow jacket built on Oakley's own two-layer FNDry laminate at 15K/15K. This version is in Mist, a soft, pale grey.
It is rated 15,000 mm waterproof and 15,000 g/m²/24h breathable. The insulation is light and even, with 60 g/m² in both body and sleeves. That is enough to stay warm while you move, without the jacket turning stifling. The seams are critically sealed, and the Hydrofree DWR finish keeps the face fabric dry so the laminate can breathe. The shell is windproof too. The front zipper is waterproof. The hood is fixed and adjusts with drawcords front and back. The snow skirt is fixed, and the hem has an adjustable drawcord plus an inner elasticated edge. The cuffs are elasticated inside. There is a zippered RFID pocket for your lift pass and an inner mesh pocket for goggles and gloves. The fit is baggy, with room for a layer underneath.
