Fish 3D

The Burton Fish 3D is a directional flat top powder board with surfboard-inspired 3D shaping in the tip and tail. It is made for deep snow days and built for expert riders.

The Fish 3D builds on Burton's Fish shape. The tip and tail are convex like a surfboard, while the base is traditional through the middle. That blends edge control with surfy freedom and a catch-free tip and tail. The double swallowtail adds acceleration and cornering control, and the short shape keeps the board nimble in tight trees. The profile is flat underfoot with a rockered nose for stability and float in deep snow. The nose is 30 mm wider than the tail, so the tail drops and the nose rises. The Directional Flex adds pop in the tail and a more resilient nose. The core is Super Fly II 700G, and Dualzone EGD along the toe and heel edges adds edge hold and response. A tip-to-tail carbon layer in the fiberglass saves weight and fine-tunes the torsional feel. The base is Sintered WFO, and the board mounts with The Channel.
