The face fabric is a stretch blend of 70 percent nylon polyamide, 13 percent polyurethane, 10 percent elastane, 5 percent rubber and 2 percent polyester, with a 100 percent polyester lining. The elastane is what makes the glove follow the hand instead of resisting it, and you notice that the moment you grab a board or adjust a binding strap. The palm is non-slip suede with silicone printing, so grip holds even when the surface is slick with snow. Gussets between the fingers open up room across the knuckles, which means you can close your fist without the fabric pulling tight. The cuff is elasticated and cinches down with a Velcro strap for a close seal at the wrist. The fabric is touchscreen compatible, so a phone stays usable with the gloves on. The polyester lining keeps the inside smooth and quick to pull on.
