SOS Cosmos are women's softshell ski pants with a close, body-hugging fit. They are made for the mountain and keep your freedom of movement. This version is black.
The cut is snug with a medium rise and full-length legs. It gives a slim silhouette, and elastane in the outer fabric adds stretch. A waterproof, breathable membrane protects against cold and wet weather. It is rated to 10,000 mm water column and 10,000 g/m²/24h breathability. The outer fabric is coated and windproof, and a DWR treatment makes water bead off the surface. The pants are not insulated, so you build warmth with the layers underneath. At the hem you get snow gaiters and reinforcement in the boot zone, where wear is highest. They close with a covered zipper under snap buttons. The waistband is high, wide and partly elastic. All zippers are YKK. The fabric resists wrinkles, and the pants are machine washable at 40°C. They pair with a matching SOS shell jacket.
