The Perception Expression 14 is a touring kayak that Perception built for small to medium size paddlers. Snugger ergonomics give close control, while tailored volume distribution makes for a responsive ride. This version is Red.
The hull is made for scenic lakes as well as coastal swells. A strong V-shape at each end with a shallow V running between gives true tracking and speed. A smooth rocker and rounded chines allow quick turns and agility in the surf. With an upswept, flared bow, the Expression cuts through chop and rides the waves. The ZONE EXP seat has Leg-Lifter control, so you can adjust the support under your legs. The padded thigh braces are adjustable, and so are the pedal footrests. There are bow and stern storage hatches with bulkheads. The skeg is spring-loaded, and the kayak is rudder capable. A reflective deck safety line and bungee rigging sit on the deck.
