Terms for the Winter Prizes

Organiser

The prize draw is organised by One Open Sky A/S, CVR no. 28516851, Golfvej 10, 7400 Herning, Denmark. If you have any questions, write to info@oneopensky.dk.

Who can enter

You can enter if you are 18 or older. Employees of One Open Sky A/S and members of their households cannot enter.

How to enter

Everyone who is subscribed to the One Open Sky newsletter when the draw takes place is automatically entered. This applies to the newsletters from both oneopensky.com and oneopensky.dk, and there is one joint draw for both. You can sign up on our newsletter page or via our forms on Facebook and Instagram.

You can also enter without signing up for the newsletter. Send an email to info@oneopensky.dk with your name and the subject "Winter Prizes" before the draw takes place.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. You have one entry per draw, no matter how many times you sign up and even if you are on both newsletters.

Prizes and draw

This week's prize and the date of the draw are shown in that week's newsletter, here on this page and in our posts and ads on Facebook and Instagram.

The winner is drawn at random from all participants. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. Any taxes, duties or import charges on the prize are paid by the winner.

Some prizes are provided by our suppliers. The suppliers do not receive your details.

If you win

We contact the winner by email no later than 3 working days after the draw. If the winner does not reply within 14 days, we draw a new winner.

We send the prize at our expense to all countries we deliver to from oneopensky.com. The prize can also be collected from our shops in Herning or Copenhagen.

We only publish the first name and city of the winner, and only if the winner has agreed to it.

Your data

One Open Sky A/S processes your name, your email address and, if you have given it, your phone number to carry out the draw and contact the winner. For the joint draw we combine the participants from both newsletters and remove duplicates. If you are subscribed to the newsletter, we also use your details to send you the newsletter, which you have consented to.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link at the bottom of all our emails. If you unsubscribe, you are no longer automatically entered in future draws.

You can read more in our cookie and privacy policy.

Facebook and Instagram

The prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Meta has no responsibility for the prize draw.

Other terms

One Open Sky A/S may exclude participants who cheat or try to influence the draw. We may change or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary. Any changes are published on this page.
