The Cabrinha Xcal Wood is an all-round performance freestyle twin tip with a paulownia wood core. This is the 2022 model, and it blends performance with comfort in all types of water conditions.
The wood core absorbs heavy landings from powered tricks. At the same time it gives you locked-in landings at speed after kiteloops and boosts. The core is premium A-grade paulownia, vertically laminated, so it is strong and light and can flex freely. Aggressive quad tip channels give back foot grip and improved pop. They also give excellent hold and traction through the water on take off. Rail channels give you control over the edge. A double concave in the center makes landings smooth and controllable. The fast rocker line gives sharp response and stability for hard, fast landings. It gets you up and riding quickly and upwind fast. The board holds its edge reliably and has predictable pop. The flex is moderate for easy landings, buttery turns and more forgiveness. The Xcal Wood handles everything from handlepasses to technical big air tricks.
