The Leki WCR GS Carbon TR is a giant slalom pole for alpine racing. The shaft is aluminium wrapped in carbon, with an aerodynamic GS bend. This one comes in Bright Red/Violet/Neonyellow.
At the core is a tube of high-strength HTS 6.5 aluminium. Around it sits Leki's PRC 1000 carbon, where PRC stands for Performance Racing Carbon. This gives the pole stability and good power transfer. The shaft is cylindrical and 16 mm. The Trigger 3D ProG grip is made of 2K Supersoft. It is a slim racing grip, and its non-slip surface gives a secure hold and direct power transfer. With Trigger 3D, the strap or glove clicks straight into the grip. The direct connection between hand and pole gives you more control, and clicking in and out is quick. In a fall, the connection releases once enough force pulls in a certain direction. You can also click out with the button on the grip. All alpine Trigger straps and gloves work with all alpine Trigger poles. The strap is a Trigger Strap that adjusts to the individual hand. The Downhill basket is aerodynamic and made for speed in all speed disciplines. The Flex Tip is a robust tip for precise pole plants and good grip on almost any terrain.
