The North Face Chamlang FUTURELIGHT is a women's shell jacket from the Summit Series. TNF calls it a true jack of all trades for high-alpine goals. This version comes in TNF Red.
The shell is 3-layer FUTURELIGHT. It is waterproof and breathable, and every seam is sealed. Women-specific articulated patterning shapes the fit, and there are no shoulder seams, so the jacket stays comfortable under a pack. Underarm gussets add mobility. YKK AquaGuard FLATKNIT zips reduce bulk and increase flexibility. The attached hood is helmet compatible, with a bonded brim and a cord-lock adjustment system. The chin guard and collar are lined with brushed tricot with laser-cut perforations for breathability.
