Studio 1 26/27

The Faction Studio 1 is a symmetrical twin tip for park and pipe with a 90 mm waist. Faction made it for precise skiing and clean tricks. The grey and black topsheet carries the XX artwork by Parade Studios, marking Faction's 20th anniversary. The base fades through orange, pink, purple and blue.

The 7 mm XL sidewall gives strong edge hold and protects the core. Between 8 and 12 carbon stringers sandwich the wood core. They are laid in one direction and woven into the fibreglass along the full length of the ski, adding stability and stiffness without adding bulk. A carbon and rubber pad under the binding area adds durability for heavy landings and absorbs vibration under your boots. The symmetrical shape makes switch skiing smooth, and subtle tip and tail rocker with pronounced camber keeps the ski precise on edge.
