The Salomon QST 25 is a ski pack for off piste and touring days that keeps your safety kit in one place. It holds 25 litres, weighs 1145 grams empty and has a thermo moulded back pad and a wide hip belt. This version comes in Black.
The back pad is thermo moulded, so it holds its shape and lies flat against your back. Together with the hip belt it keeps the pack still when you ski down through broken snow. The main zip is large, so you can work it with gloves on. The top handle lets you lift the pack out of the snow quickly. Inside, your probe, shovel and other safety gear each have a fixed place, so you are not rummaging through the main compartment. The profile is slim enough to keep the pack on while you sit on the chairlift.
