The Cabrinha Overdrive Modular 1X Recoil is an adjustable control bar with Modular connection and Recoil trim. It is made for inflatable kites with single line 1X security and for every rider from beginner to pro.
The Modular system lets you choose how you connect to the bar. You can configure it for freestyle, surfing, freeriding, foiling or racing in under 3 seconds, with no tools. Every connection method attaches directly to a streamlined Quick Release based on the proven geometry of the QuickLoop. The bar ends adjust 8cm in width, with leader adjustment to match. They are soft yet durable injection EVA with flex grooves. The asymmetric grip adds comfort and traction. The trim is a pull-pull system, and the Recoil spring keeps the trim adjuster within reach. A low V connection gives direct steering. The 1X flagging line connects at a central point, and the bungee line retainer retracts fully. The flying lines are low elongation DSM Dyneema. The 8m lower front lines are a separate section for easy servicing. The line connections are colour coded for improved safety. A short 52cm leash is included, while the Fireball spreader bar is sold separately.
