The K2 Mindbender 120 LV is a versatile performance boot for the skin track and the resort. It has a 120 flex, tech fittings and a walk mode, and the last is 98 mm with low volume.
The Powerlite shell uses walls of varying thickness and four different types of TPU, which keeps it light and responsive. The walk mode is called Powerlock Spyne and offers a 50-degree range of motion. In ski mode it gives a powerful, secure connection for uncompromised downhill performance. The Friction Free Cuff Pivot keeps resistance to a minimum in walk mode. Tech fittings in the toe and heel are integrated into the shell injection, so the boot works with both tech bindings and alpine DIN bindings. The liner is PrecisionFit Pro Tour. It is laceable, pre-moulded and lasted with heat-mouldable Ultralon foam, and it has an asymmetric tongue, a high-density power collar and a flex notch for more range of motion when hiking. The cuff and shell are joined by the rivet-free Energy Interlock for a smoother, progressive flex. Softer TPU over the instep makes the boot quick to get in and out of, and both shell and cuff can be heat-moulded.
