The Leki Hevon 3D Mitt is an alpine ski mitten with Leki's Trigger 3D system. It has a SOFT-TEX membrane and Superloft insulation. This one comes in Black.
The back is softshell and goatskin, and the cuff is neoprene. Together with the membrane, they make the mitten waterproof and windproof. The soft cuff reaches well past the wrist, so there is no cold gap at the sleeve. The palm is tough goatskin with a grip patch for a secure hold on the pole. With Trigger 3D, you click the mitten into the grip of an alpine Trigger pole in seconds. Hand and pole are then connected directly, so your power goes straight into the pole. In a fall, the mitten releases once enough force pulls in a certain direction. You can also click out with the button on the grip. Comfort Fit is cut slightly looser to keep your hands warm.
