The Atomic Hawx Prime XTD 120 BOA is a hybrid freeride touring boot with a 120 flex and the BOA Fit System. It is built both for walking uphill and for skiing down. This version comes in Dust/Black.
The 100 mm last has medium width and volume, measured in Atomic's reference size. In walk mode the cuff moves through 54°, and Frictionless Pivot uses Igus polymer bushings for a natural stride on the way up. When it is time to ski, Free/Lock 4.5 locks the cuff to the shell. The mechanism has adjustable forward lean and is easy to clear of snow and ice. Complete Tech inserts in the toe and heel work with hybrid and TLT bindings. The inserts are investment cast, which makes the interface with the binding strong and precise.
