The Generation 12'6 x 30" is the short, most stable version of Starboard's distance board, easier to manoeuvre and store, yet still with the glide that makes the Generation a classic. The 30" width gives calm underfoot, so you can focus on your stroke and course rather than balance.

The shorter hull is easier to turn and to lift onto the roof of the car, without losing that reassuring, stable feel. It's an excellent way into distance paddling for anyone who wants speed without feeling unsteady.
