The Fischer Aerolite Skate 80 is a very light skate ski for your first ski marathon. It is a high-performance alternative to Fischer's World Cup range and glides with stable, secure tracking.
The core is AIR CORE Basalite Pro. It is very light and torsionally stiff with highly stable sidewalls, and basalt fibres keep the flex consistent whatever the temperature. The light core and low swing weight make the ski efficient. Skating 115 gives wider contact areas and minimal splay in the tip and tail. That makes the ski stable and easy to control, especially on hard snow. The arrow-shaped sidecut follows Fischer's World Cup Skate design and adds dynamics in the 1:1 technique. The World Cup Pro base has DTG World Cup Plus, a deeper and coarser structure ground with natural diamond and at its best in warm, wet snow. Power Edge reinforces the ski chassis for a longer service life. It also spreads pressure evenly, so the wax wears evenly. The Precision Pairing System takes fully automatic measurements of a wide range of criteria, so each pair is matched precisely.
