The JP Super Sport in WOOD PRO construction is the fastest freeride line in JP's range, combining slalom performance with an accessibility that suits the recreational windsurfer. The formula delivers easy handling at high speed.
The board planes early, accelerates quickly and reaches a top speed comparable to competition slalom boards, while still offering a smooth, comfortable ride and effortless jibing at speed. The shape is based on slalom geometry adapted for the recreational sailor: a compact design with a parallel outline that maximises the planing surface at the mast base, centred swing weight for top-end control, a deck concave around the mast for a lower rig pivot, a V-flow bottom for comfort and jibing, and tail cut-outs for efficient release and trim. The WOOD PRO construction uses an EPS core with Paulownia wood sandwich in the bottom, high-density PVC sandwich across the full deck, Biax Glass, Parabolic Rail Band and an Innegra-reinforced nose.
