The NeilPryde Ryde is the brand's most user friendly and affordable freeride sail, created for windsurfing in its purest form. It is a no cam sail that is quick to rig and easy to handle.
The Ryde has a stable, smooth profile that builds confidence in gybes, waterstarts and straight line speed, and it covers a wide wind range. Without cams it is fast to rig and easy to waterstart and gybe, and it handles medium to high downhaul tension. Compared with the most basic models, the Ryde has a racier outline and a slightly more aggressive luff curve. The luff and clew are reinforced with Ultra PE Taffeta that spreads load, resists tearing and uses high strength stitching, while internally printed and laminated panels keep the sail light and durable. Six tubular battens provide light stability and strength. This version is the C1 in Deep Aqua/Navy.
