The Hestra Army Leather Patrol in Brick Red is a warm, durable mitt built for long days in the cold and harsh winter weather.
The mitt carries over the rugged concept from Hestra's Heli Ski model, but is designed to be worn inside the jacket sleeve with a comfortable neoprene collar that encircles the wrist. Its construction leaves room for an insulating layer of air and targets those who want maximum warmth. The palm and exposed surfaces are made from impregnated goat leather (Army goat leather), while the backhand uses flexible, weather-resistant softshell in Hestra's 3-layer dobby polyester melange. A removable fleece liner with synthetic insulation keeps the hand warm in extreme cold and can be swapped for a thinner liner as the temperature changes. The insulation is G-Loft, a thin 100% polyester fibre with high insulating capacity even when wet, and the lining is soft brushed polyester.
