Sweet Protection Switcher 2Vi® Mips is an all-mountain helmet with adjustable ventilation and all-day comfort. It is built on the Sweet Protection 2Vi platform and features Mips. This version comes in Dirt Black.
The shell uses a hybrid construction that combines a hard shell with in-mold. It is made from ABS with a polycarbonate lower edge. Inside is a multi-density EPS liner with Impact Shields at the front and back. They spread an impact over a larger area in the key zones. The Mips layer allows movement inside the helmet. This helps reduce rotational motion to the head in certain angled impacts. There are 34 vents: 16 face forward, 16 face rearward and 2 sit by the goggle. A single dial at the back controls all of them. The Occigrip fit system holds the helmet firmly and stops it from rolling on your head. You can adjust it on the fly, including height. The Fidlock buckle closes with magnets and works with gloves on.
