The REEDIN SuperNatural SSD is the light-wind version of the SuperNatural, where SSD stands for Short Span Design and extends your time on the water in lighter wind without compromising handling.
Short Span Design is achieved by increasing the strut length and adding side struts, so the wingtip gets a more boxed shape optimised for light wind. The wing is built around the Aerolite frame with a High Tenacity polyester leading edge and struts and UD Vectran stringers in the leading edge for stiffness and shape retention, while light soft battens prevent trailing-edge flutter. The canopy has vertical tension seams for a tensioned, stiff profile and a direct feel. Fewer leading-edge segments and reworked seams save up to 200 g in weight and increase centre stiffness. Evolutive Dihedral tunes the arc angle so larger wings keep the tip clear of the water. The SuperNatural SSD is delivered with the full-carbon ErgoCarbon Boom with a pistol grip.
