Skeleton Key

The Burton Skeleton Key is a men's directional camber snowboard with a freeride shape for all-mountain riding and powder. It is built for expert riders. The graphic is a skull in black and white.

The bend is Directional Camber, with camber under both feet and a rockered nose. The camber keeps the board stable through deep turns and variable conditions, and the nose lifts it in soft snow. The shape is Freeride Directional. The sidecut is centered on your stance, so the board rides like a twin on a flat base. On edge it turns tight and quick with the soft snow float of a directional deck. The nose is 10 mm wider than the tail. The Directional Flex adds pop in the tail and a more resilient nose, so you keep control in all terrain. The core is Super Fly II 700G, made from stronger and lighter wood for pop and strength at a lower weight. Dualzone EGD runs the wood grain perpendicular to the core along the toe and heel edges for more edge hold and response. The fiberglass is Triax, and the base is Sintered WFO, with wax infused deep into the recycled base material. The Channel works with all major bindings and lets you dial in your stance.
