The Lange Shadow 95 W LV GW is a women's all-mountain ski boot with a 95 flex and a low-volume last. Lange aims it at intermediate and advanced skiers who want to keep progressing. It features Lange's Assisted Performance System and GripWalk soles.
The Assisted Performance System pairs Dual Pivot with the Suspension Blade. Dual Pivot moves the boot's pivot points far apart. That creates leverage and gets the whole boot working, so you get more power and control for less energy. The Suspension Blade is an external blade with the cuff sitting inside it. It links upper and lower boot, absorbs shock and improves snow feel. The elastomer in the blade sets the flex feel, snap and rebound. Swap it for the soft black insert in the box and the flex gets softer. The shell is shaped for women. The cuff is shorter and follows the shape of the calf for a more natural stance. The one-piece liner has an asymmetrical toe box for an even, pressure-free fit from toe to cuff. It is heat-moldable, and Auxetic Technology lets it shape to your foot in all three dimensions.
