The Salomon S/Max N°8 is a complete women's piste package with the M10 GW binding already mounted on the plate. The ski is built for carving on groomed snow and runs an 11 metre radius.
Dual Core 2 is the heart of it. This sandwich construction pairs an ash woodcore with high transmission tri-axial fibre, keeping the setup stable and lively without piling on weight. HT Tri Axial Fibre is woven fibreglass that raises torsional rigidity and makes the ride calmer as speed builds. Edge Amplifier SL is a two-piece, slalom-specific design that adds 30 percent more edge grip while keeping the right amount of flex underfoot. The ski uses semi sandwich sidewalls and a 72 mm waist, so it moves from edge to edge quickly. An Easytrak monopart plate ties binding and ski into one unit, and the binding arrives mounted, so it only needs adjusting to your boot at the shop.
