The K2 Recon 130 BOA is a hard-charging, race-inspired alpine boot for advanced and expert skiers who want power and precision on the piste.
The boot has a medium volume with a MultiFit width of 100 mm and is built on the Powerlite shell, where shell walls of varying thickness and four types of TPU deliver targeted stiffness and response. Closure comes from the BOA Fit System with an H+i1 dial that gives a micro-adjustable, precise fit and quick release with a breakaway design that frees the lace on impact. An elastic cam strap over the cuff backs up the closure. The Powerfit Pro liner is shaped in heat-moldable Ultralon foam with stiffer foam and a stiff, asymmetric tongue for added power. Energy Interlock joins cuff and shell without rivets for a smooth, progressive flex, and a modular Honeycomb boot board with hard and soft inserts tunes the feel underfoot. The Fastfit instep makes entry and exit easy, and the GripWalk outsoles give grip when you walk.
