The Patagonia R3 Yulex Insertable Hood is a 3mm surf hood that tucks in under your wetsuit collar when the water gets colder. It is rated for water at 48-55°F (9-13°C), and this one comes in Black.
A 1.5mm neck bib tucks into the wetsuit to keep water out. The seams are internally taped to prevent leakage. Three-panel construction follows the shape of your head, and an adjustable cord gives a snug fit around the face. A Supratex brim shields your face from the sun. Inside is a thermal microgrid lining that dries fast and holds in warmth. All fabrics are laminated with solvent-free AquaA glue.
