The RIDE Octave is a mid-flexing all-mountain boot built for comfort and performance. Its dual-dial BOA system lets you adjust the upper and lower sections independently, so the boot both sits close over the instep and pulls the heel into its pocket.
The Octave uses the BOA Zonal Fit System, a dual-dial configuration that delivers a micro-adjustable, multi-directional and zonal fit, combined with BOA Tongue Tied for secure hold in the ankle zone without a traditional harness, and the flexible, low-friction BOA Lace TX3 lace. Inside sits an Intuition Support Foam liner of high-density foam that can be removed for airing and drying, and 1:1 Lasting ensures a seamless transition from liner to shell. Underfoot lies the Impacto PRIMO insole with +slime foam for comfort and response, while the Flex Lite 2.0 outsole with a +SLIME midsole and rubber pods damps impacts and gives a playful freestyle feel. Fusion Rubber uses up to 30% reground rubber.
