The K2 Mindbender 125 W BOA is a freeride and touring boot for expert women who move from piste into terrain off the groomers.
The boot has a flex 125 and a medium volume with a MultiFit width of 100 mm and is built on the TPU Powerlite shell with shell walls of varying thickness and four types of TPU. The cuff is lightweight Pebax, and both shell and cuff are fully heat-moldable. Closure comes from the BOA Fit System with a micro-adjustable dial backed up by a 45 mm elasticated cam strap. Powerlock Spyne gives a 50-degree range of motion for walking and a firm, powerful connection in ski mode, and integrated tech fittings make the boot compatible with both tech and alpine bindings. The Intuition PowerFit Wrap BOA liner is heat-moldable and light, and a modular Honeycomb boot board retains around 15 percent more heat than a traditional board. The GripWalk outsoles give grip when you walk, and the Fastfit instep eases entry and exit.
