The K2 Mindbender 116C is a wide freeride and powder ski built for the deep days most people only dream about.
It is engineered with K2's patented Spectral Braid technology and first-of-its-kind variable-angle fiber reinforcement that precision-tunes torsion and flex from tip to tail: stiff enough for hard landings, yet still playful and full of energy. A Powder Rocker profile with pronounced tip and tail rise and minimal camber underfoot keeps the ski planing and maneuverable in soft snow and reduces tip dive. The core is a light, resilient Aspen Veneer wood core, and the ski is laminated with bio-based resin plus uni-directional flax that damps vibration for a quieter, more controlled ride. A carbon-reinforced build adds strength and precision. It measures 116 mm underfoot, the geometry is 143-116-132 mm, and it carries a medium turn radius of around 22.5 m at the longest measurement. The ski weighs roughly 2305 g without plate and ships as a flat ski with no binding mounted.
