The K2 Mindbender 106C is a women's-specific freeride and all-mountain ski for intermediate and expert skiers who want one ski for most of the mountain.
With a 106 mm waist width and a 138-106-127 mm sidecut, it strikes the balance between float in loose snow and grip on firm surfaces, and the turn radius is 15.7 m in the mid version. The core is an Aspen Micro Block of lightweight aspen wood that gives a lively, resilient feel, and it is reinforced with carbon. K2's Spectral Braid sits as a braided reinforcement with variable angle that fine-tunes torsion and flex across the ski, while Uni-Directional Flax of natural fibres damps vibration for a calmer ride. The binding platform is flat. All-Terrain Rocker combines a gentle tip rocker with traditional camber underfoot, so the ski is easy to turn while still holding grip through the arc. K2 also uses Bio-Resin, a partly plant-based resin.
