ES stands for Epoxy Sandwich, JP's most affordable freeride construction, where fast-growing paulownia wood reinforces large deck areas, a biax-glass nose takes the knocks, and an epoxy-glass micro-sandwich layer in the deck and bottom gives strength without unnecessary weight. The board comes with a G10 CNC fin and has multiple footstrap positions, so you can choose a calm cruise or a sportier setup.
