It combines a 100% Merino wool exterior with Helly Hansen's proven LIFA Stay Warm Technology in a fitted 2-layer construction. The shell fabric is 57% Merino wool and 43% polypropylene, uniting the breathable warmth of Merino wool fibers with the moisture management of LIFA fibers. The LIFA fibers sit closest to the skin and move moisture out into the Merino wool layer to keep you dry, and breathability is one of the crew's strongest properties. The result is a base layer that wicks moisture away from the skin while the soft Merino wool creates comfortable, insulating warmth. The fabric is non-itch so it will not scratch against the skin, and flat lock seams ensure comfort and durability without chafing. The wool is ZQ certified and responsibly sourced. Care for it with wool detergent, no fabric softener, wash it inside out, and do not wring it.
