The Helly Hansen JR LIFA Merino Midweight Set is a base layer set for active kids with both a top and bottoms, built to keep them dry and warm.
The set uses a clever 2-layer construction where LIFA technology wicks moisture away while soft Merino wool creates breathable warmth. The shell fabric is 57% Merino wool and 43% polypropylene, so the child gets the natural comfort of Merino wool combined with the moisture transport of LIFA fibers close to the skin. The fabric is colored with Solution Dyed technique for more resource-conscious production and good color fastness, and the wool is ZQ certified and responsibly sourced. Flatlock seams give extra comfort against the skin, the bottoms have an elastic waist, and a discreet logo tab finishes the look without irritation. The top is detailed with LIFA Stripe, and the set weighs around 250 grams. The two layers work together so moisture is moved away from the skin and the child stays dry and warm through play and activity. Care for the set with wool detergent, no fabric softener, wash it inside out, and do not wring it.
