The Salomon Husk is a lightweight, minimalist ski and snowboard helmet for freestyle and freeride, made for maximum comfort and a clean design with minimal adjustment.

The helmet is built in In-Mold construction, where a lightweight polycarbonate shell is fused with an EPS liner to maximise both protection and comfort. For impact damping Salomon uses its patented EPS4D technology, which maximises energy absorption and protects against both oblique and vertical shocks. Ventilation is high and consists of active, openable and closable venting combined with an Airflow concept, where built-in channels create an even temperature and constant airflow between head, helmet and goggle. The fit is adjusted with a Custom Dial system integrated into the liner that makes adjustment quick. A MaxFit Construction with 3D ear pads in a V-shaped design gives a warm, comfortable hold around the head, and the AdvancedSkin ActiveDry liner dries quickly and can be removed and washed. The helmet is certified to Alpine CE-EN1077 and ASTM F-2040, has an oval fit and weighs just 390 grams.
