The Cabrinha Fusion Alloy Mast MKII is an aluminium mast for the Fusion foil system, built for durability, stiffness and easy access across riding abilities.
The mast is made from aircraft-grade extruded, anodized 6061-T6 aluminium and has a hydrodynamic structure designed for rigidity. Helicoil inserts at the connection points minimise saltwater corrosion and extend the life of the mast in a marine environment. A 3-screw connection increases structural rigidity, and a precision tapered fuse-to-mast connection provides optimal rigidity while remaining easy to assemble and disassemble. A brass through bolt adds torsional stiffness during turns and pumping movements. The mast integrates into a standard foil box and can be chosen with either the standard Fusion Alloy Top Plate or the FQR (Foil Quick Release) system. The modular design means the mast can be combined freely with both X-Series and H-Series front wings and stabilizers.
