Excavator - Snowboard

The K2 Excavator is a unisex directional board built to dig deep trenches on groomers and float in powder after a storm.

The wider profile with Volume Shift lets you size down about 5 cm and reduces swing weight and toe/heel drag. The board has directional camber, a tapered directional shape with 20 mm taper and a dual-radius sidecut. The S1 core combines bamboo, paulownia and aspen for a damp, strong flex, while the wax-infused Sintered 4001 base with a stone finish holds wax longer. ICG 10 Biax glass with carbon and a Carbon Power Fork in the tail add energy and pop, and Hybritech adds a 3D capped edge.
