In Mist, the Channel Cargo Pant is a light-toned, baggy shell pant from Oakley. The loose cut and the cargo pocket on the leg are as much a part of the pant as the membrane.
The shell is a two-layer FN Dry build with critically taped seams and a Hydrofree DWR finish, so snow beads off the surface rather than soaking in. The cut is deliberately baggy, and that is the reason this pant exists: room above the knee, freedom in landings and a silhouette that reads right in the park. An elasticated waistband with an integrated belt closure system keeps everything in place without a separate belt. There are two waterproof zipped hand pockets, a large cargo pocket on the right leg and an extra pocket at the back. Mesh-lined inner thigh vents let heat out when you hike a feature or stand in a sunny lift line. Inner boot gaiters with a metal hook lock onto the boot, and an adjustable drawcord at the hem sets how much the leg stacks over your boot.

The fabric is 55% recycled polyester and 45% polyester, and the pant weighs 200 grams. Built for park laps and resort days where freedom of movement and look matter as much as weather protection.
